MS / SL Associate Payroll Specialist
Team: MS / Streamline Payroll
Function description:
- Processing a complete wage calculation for the customer in the MS / Streamline department in accordance with German law
Role:
- Contact person for the customer
- Start new orders
- Accounting of assigned clients according to the division of the Managing Director.
- Processing and recording of valid accounting data
- Make a prepayment
- Execution of the final bill
- Responsibility for error / quality quotas
- Responsibility for meeting the SOX Technical Guidelines, if any
- Responsibility for observing “Datenschutz”
- Checking accounting data
- Continuous acquisition of customer / industry knowledge
- Responsibility for transferring customer / industry knowledge to, for example, a new colleague
- Training of new associates on professional and procedural side and training of accounting software
- Active participation in the Innovation Movement (JDI, BPI)
- Active participation in projects
Expertise:
- German wage accounting
- German Social Insurance Act
- German Tax Act
- Knowledge of German tariffs and branches for processing of attendance systems
- Czech Labor Law
IT knowledge:
- ADP IT user guidelines
- MS Office applications (current version)
- Currently used payroll software in the department
- Other programs related to the clearing of documents for the processing of wages (eg ADP Archive, ABACUS, Siebel, IBM BPMS)
Further knowledge:
- Knowledge of German and English
- Directions to the professional section of Sarbans Oxly
- Mutual cooperation between the Czech Republic and Germany
- Internal / external communications
- Competence of team leadership
- Solving customer conflicts
- Organization of new team members
