We are looking for :
SAP Payroll Consultant H / F
Independently, you act as customer support in accordance with our methodology and standards and are your primary point of contact on all issues related to problem solving. Your main tasks will be:
Audit and analyze customer requests. The goal is to solve 100% of tickets from CRM (both in analysis and customization).
Analysis of functional problems
Provide reports through the CRM tool
Independently manage complex complex issues with a high level of test quality, ensuring that changes will not impact the integrity of the system (HR, TM or PY)
Identify potential issues or discrepancies when the level of complexity is out of range
Develop, maintain and transfer functional knowledge on PY & TM
Propose improvements to relevant models
Higher education, you must have a minimum of 3 years experience as SAP Payroll consultant. Your experience has allowed you to be autonomous on the configuration of the systems and familiarize yourself with the sub modules Personal Admin and Time Management.
Autonomy, analytical skills, rigor, interpersonal skills, a sense of customer service and proactivity are undeniable qualities to succeed in this position.
