We are looking for :

A Digital Project Manager HR H / F

At ADP, the world leader in Payroll and Human Resources, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of the ADP-Digiposte offer.
As such, you will provide support and advice to the customers you are responsible for, assist these customers in the deployment of the ADP-Digiposte safe, to their employees and ensure the technical setting of this implementation. square.

These missions will be carried out in conjunction with the internal ADP teams working on these clients (sales, production, payroll customer service, etc.).

Your main missions are:

  • Set up, deploy, assist, advise
    • Accompany the customer in the deployment of the ADP-Digiposte offer (arguments, presentations, …)
    • Assist the customer in its internal deployment and the use of digital offer features
    • Set up the settings
    • Process requests: analyze, parameterize, test, evaluate and write the answer to the customer
    • Advise, in pro-active mode, the customer in using the functionalities of ADP-Digiposte’s digital offers (opt in / opt out, recovery of histories, …)
    • Coordinate the recovery of bulletin history
    • Guarantee customer satisfaction by ensuring compliance with the contract and by facilitating customer relations during telephone or physical appointments.
  • Participate in the growth of the C.A of the digital HR cluster and value any service in its scope not defined in the contract
  • Coordinate and share information with all ADP actors: the impacts of the settings with the customer services pays, the import flows with the production teams, the bugs and anomalies with the support team
  • Communicate evolution or improvement requests to the support team
  • Capitalize on his experiences and propose ways to improve the team’s activity

Training minimum 2 + bac, you have a first experience of service in the professions of payroll / HR or digital trades. Your experience has allowed you to develop the general knowledge of payroll regulation and all the HR practices / processes of the company and / or the contexts Web, mobility, social networks, e-commerce.

Mastering ADP tools or other market tools is a real asset.
