Job Duties:
ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Design Engineer IV at our Norfolk, VA location. Responsibilities: Analyze, design, configure, implement, and support Contact Center Application, Reporting, and Routing Frameworks. Balance the stabilization/evolution of the ADP Contact Center Technology Portfolio, as well as leverage the platforms to deliver business solutions to our Contact Center Clients. Ensure reporting software solutions are standards-based, allowing for similar reporting and results from all reporting components. Ensure seamless processing during software application failure or environmental interruption. Oversee high availability designs and Genesys Workforce Management, including routing/reporting implications. Design, test, certify, and deploy software upgrades and migrations, including infrastructure specifications, builds, and configurations for Virtual Machines (VMware) and physical servers. Participate with IVR/Routing Development, CRM, and SQL/Database groups in relevant aspects of development and integration life cycle, including assisting in design, testing, reviews, and demonstrations.

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or a related field plus five (5) years of related experience.

Work Experience:
Two years of experience must include: Genesys Product Suite v8.x (Framework, Interactive Insights/InfoMart, CCPulse, Routing/IRD, eServices, WFM and GVP); Multimedia/eServices Platform, including Business Process and Routing solutions; Integration via Avaya Platforms and Web API; AES Interface, ACM features/functionality, SIP, and Avaya Communication Systems platform and products; IVR/GVP; Web API; Virtual Hold Technology (VHT); WFM; Brio/Hyperion; SAP Business Objects; and Cognos.
