POSITION SUMMARY:
Play activities, with high autonomy, related to the understanding of the acceding implementation of project requirements to ADP solutions, ensuring the scope, time, service levels and established quality standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide the necessary adjustments to improvement projects started with customers, from the needs analysis and choice of tools.
- Make sure the effectiveness of the changes implemented in modules, critically comparing the result of processing versus the defendant need and analyzing the impacts of system change.
- Execute project plans effecting the programmed actions, according to schedule, quality standards and preset security.
- Monitor the execution of project activities versus planned, checking any difficulties and providing appropriate corrective action.
- Assist internal and external customers in solving issues and questions related to the system and if necessary refer matters to other departments, following the resolution and transferring.
