Job Duties:
ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a UX Designer III at our Florham Park, NJ location. Responsibilities: Support ADP’s User Experience (UX) team with design, usability layouts, and research. Work with Agile teams to build innovative experiences for users of ADP products and ADP IS and Retirement Services experiences. Work with end-users and Product Management, Development, and User Experience (UX) Research teams in conducting exploratory research and addressing usability issues. Create designs which present complex data sets to end-users in understandable and meaningful ways. Incorporate UX standards and templates into work products and User Interface (UI) design applications. Communicate and enhance UX standards, including style guides, patterns, and behavior clarifications. Ensure style sheets, images, and icons are applied correctly.

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field plus five (5) years of related experience. Employer will accept a three-year degree or a combination of degrees or diplomas as meeting the bachelor’s degree requirement.

Work Experience:
Two (2) years of experience must include: Wireframe to production-ready designs; Agile development process; Wireframing/flow and design tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Balsamiq, and OmniGraffle; Creating data visualizations; Adobe Creative Suite; Invision; Responsive web design; and Mobile product design.
