The Role:
- Reviewing the HR system set up and configuration for our Clients as well as assisting the Client in effectively deploying the final solution.
- Consulting with the Client with regards to the key HR processes that we can accommodate, and assisting the Client in developing their HR processes within the framework of our applications.
The Job:
- Consulting with the Client, understanding and creating an HR Organisational Structure within the ADP application for the Client
- Consulting with the Client on various other key HR processes, and advising the Client on the use of the system to support new or existing processes
- Managing meetings, facilitating workshops, delivering presentations, conducting individual and group training sessions
- Analysing and consulting on processes and requirements, writing reports, and managing both internal and external projects
- Developing a project plan in consultation with Project Office as applicable
- Ensuring that the project is running to established time scales and attending project meetings with the client to discuss progress and critical issues
You?
- Experience in payroll or HR
- A car owner with a full licence
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in a client facing role
- The confidence to present at CXO level on client sites
