RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with associates, the Field Enablement organization, Business Unit leaders other creative talent to design and execute internal communications programs for BU-wide distribution/use across all levels of the organization.
  • Create new communication processes and tools that allow associates to understand information specific to their team(s) and expertise while providing the option to go deeper on information not specific to their role.
  • Leverage multiple mediums, some legacy and some new, to deliver communication in a dynamic, timely and easy-to-digest way subject to the content.
  • Provide guidance to internal partners on optimum communication vehicles for different types of messages.
  • Collaborate with other ADP business units to ensure a consistent message when necessary and to understand emerging technologies and/or best practices.
  • Identify internal communications opportunities and address communication gaps across teams and propose and design solutions for those opportunities.
  • Craft communications/programs that influence opinion and build consensus among diverse, multi-leveled audiences including associates and executives.
  • Act as editor in chief for writers and/or partners and as a consultant, if/when necessary, to programs developed by other partners in the business.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5 years of experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of internal and external contacts verbally and in writing
  • Excellent collaboration, organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions
  • Ability to work and thrive in a team environment, focused on achieving results
  • Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with all levels of management
  • Ability to assess team members’ performance and provide motivational support
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong client relationship building skills
  • Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations
  • Proficient in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office
