ADP is hiring a Senior Product Manager. This high visibility position is part of fast-growing US Inside Sales channel which is pursuing double-digit growth over the next several years. Looking for dynamic, positive, high energy individual to assist VP of Inside Sales Strategy & Innovation to drive and implement & execute our Inside Sales Marketing programs and drive our industry-leading social selling program.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive Social Selling in Inside Sales
  • Roll-out Social Selling components from ES Sales Operations
  • Create fiscal-long program to develop & roll-out specialized social content for Inside Sales
  • Content curation & creation
  • Training of content / webinars and live
  • Create and maintain Social media calendar
  • Curate and distribute Monthly Social Selling Newsletter, and management of Social Media Content in on-line system
  • Drive adoption for social media / social selling within Inside Sales
  • Conduct social media contests
  • Offer tune-ups
  • Incorporate Best Practices into marketing and sales materials Program Management to deliver Marketing Execution for Inside Sales Channels Establish relationships and build-out marketing program communications
  • Build matrix relationships between other departments (e.g. Sales Enablement, Product Marketing Areas, Sales Automation, etc.)
  • Work closely with each Inside Sales Business Unit leadership team to identify areas of focus and build programs
  • Manage and communicate monthly marketing results
  • Disseminate relevant marketing calendars and activities on a Create and manage marketing calendars
  • Monthly Marketing Summary & Slide for Inside Sales Leader
  • Set up tracking and ROI measures for campaigns & programs we are funding for strategic growth
  • Chatter distribution of materials — post to Inside Sales Groups
  • Social Selling — Tweet & Post to Linked-In * Asset Communications Develop campaign and program initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales Enablement to deliver content
  • Manage program including:
    • Coordination of product resources
    • aligning all components for program roll-out
    • managing rep task forces o create & deliver training decks
    • lead kick-off meetings o arrange for blitz days
    • provide & post supporting assets in online systems
    • Set-up reporting
  • Customize business units created materials for Inside Sales
    Webinar support: create invites, distribute lists, tweet events
    Drive creation and distribution of Momentum bi-weekly
    Maintain Marketing Budget

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Looking for dynamic, positive, high energy individual to assist VP of Inside Sales Strategy & Innovation to drive and implement & execute our Inside Sales Marketing programs and drive our industry-leading social selling program.
  • Experienced, hands-on client-facing consultative project manager (PMP a plus) for execution of strategic inside sales channel programs and initiatives.
  • Excellent financial / verbal / written communication, and presentation skills.
    Proven negotiator and influencer in a highly matrix environment.
  • Comfortable and flexible with change, proven expert in navigating multiple cultural dynamics.
  • Executive presence required to work with senior executives and in-person training of sales teams.
    Highly proficient in Powerpoint, Excel, Social Selling Tools (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), Salesforce.com, and MS Project.
  • Comfort with Tools and Training a must.
  • Experience working within a business leveraging a combination of financial acumen, business solutions knowledge, customer experience, marketing and client management.
  • Power social media use required. Business Consulting and / or Sales experience a plus.
