ADP is hiring a Product API Integration Specialist for our Roseland, NJ location.Â
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Provides analysis and create specifications for ADP Marketplace to integrate with internal ADP and outside systems for new product features.
- Documents requirements for these integration projects including user stories, test acceptance criteria, file format chart (data definition), flow charts and other UML as needed.
- Represents the above requirements as Product Owner on Marketplace scrum team and as Stakeholder for partner’s development teams.
- Manages execution for a specific product integration feature from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life.
- Provides Project Management reporting for integration projects with partners such as initial RACI matrix, Timeline, Risks, Gantt charts, Issue Log etc.
- Effectively troubleshoots, replicates and identifies solutions to product issues.
- Provides ADP Marketplace partners with support on technical integration initiatives.
- Follows standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Ensures proper recording and closure of all issues.
- Acts as liaison between various ADP groups to ensure high impact problems are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Assists in developing documentation to support knowledge base and internal procedures.
- Contributes to the reporting of ADP Marketplace Success Metrics and Project progress.
- Conducts meetings with Integration Partners and ADP Marketplace Team including Agendas, Recaps and Follow Up items.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.Â
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years’ hands-on technical integration analysis and support experience.
- 5+ years’ SQL experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
- Good understanding of web applications, APIs and awareness of latest web standards (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, RESTful web services, JSON & others) preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience soliciting information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
