Automation Engineer (3 to 5 Yrs Experience) Very good knowledge in translating specifications of business requirements into test cases. Good knowledge of quality assurance functions for software systems during all phases of product development. Ability to document, troubleshoot and isolate the problems encountered during testing Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of defect tracking tools Ability to work under deadlines Good analytical skills Good knowledge of various levels of unit, component, system and regression testing Ability to work both independently and in team situations.

Good hands on knowledge of Automation using Selenium and a BDD framework like Cucumbers. Good working knowledge of Java. Knowledge of other automation frameworks like QTP , Robot and Fitnesse. 

Graduate or Post graduate in Engineering or Technology from a reputed institute.

2 to 5 years of experience in testing (automation)

• Should be able to develop Automation scripts using Selenium
• Manual testing and Automation testing experience required
• Strong experience in writing test strategy, test plans and test cases and reporting defects
• Good understanding of various testing methodologies, Agile is an added advantage
• Must have experience in Web Services Automation
• Strong in Java OOPS concepts and core java
• Must have working knowledge of Oracle or SQL Server
