POSITION SUMMARY:
Play activities, with high autonomy, related to the understanding of the acceding implementation of project requirements to ADP solutions, ensuring the scope, time, service levels and established quality standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participating in the presentation schedule of the team and project plan.
- Customer Demands analysis and proposal of technical solution adhering to the ADP product.
- Solicit and welcome customer database.
- Project requirements Survey (parameterization, calculations, benefits, etc.); Support filling Deployment Notebook to the Customer.
- Operational validation of the solution implemented phase by phase, from eXpert reports and files.
- Support in doubt techniques Back Office solution with the client; Approve with the client the final result recorded in the mass of 30% of the test sheet.
- Direct possible adjustments identified from the approval of the test mass process.
- Follow targeted adjustments to completion and acceptance of the client.
- Assist in doubt or internal solution directions during the first. official processing.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

- Education: College graduates in Business Administration, Information Technology or related fields.
