In this scope, he performs the following tasks:
By SIEBEL, process the requests deposited by the ADP, customer service and set up teams. It may be a diagnosis following a malfunction of the application at a customer, a correction to be made on the basis of the client due to a defect in the application, an explanation on the operation of the application, a required advice, etc.
Analysing the dysfunctions of the applications noticed in the SIEBEL tickets.
Issuing the correction and progress requests of the applications.
Taking part in the drafting of needs’ expressions.
Take the competence on the evolutions and corrections delivered in the new major or maintenance versions to ensure the assistance under the best conditions.
Write solution sheets and operating modes to empower our internal customers.
