SUMMARY:
As part of the Security Compliance team within ADP’s Global Money Movement and Compliance (GMM&C) organization, the Security Compliance Analyst is responsible for the administration, supervision and implementation of company-wide background screening/credentialing and compliance programs. Serve as subject matter expert (SME) on background screening policies and processes. Collaborate with vendors to ensure compliance of company policies and service level agreements.
Work with HRIS systems and various applications and employee and non-employee on-boarding procedures and processes globally. Partner with the Global HR, Legal and Procurement organizations to understand pre-employment requirements, policies and on-boarding processes and procedures globally.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and formalize the credentialing requirements in order for contingent workers to be compliant with ADP’s policies on a global level.
- Provide guidance and instruction to ADP and 3rd party vendors regarding contingent workforce credentialing requirements and compliance.
- Manage escalation requests received from 3rd party vendors to review candidate’s background check and drug test results in order to determine if candidate is in compliance and can be on-boarded with ADP. Ensure all escalations are correctly recorded and updated with all relevant information and documentation in the TPC case management system.
- Provide updates to 3rd party vendors, ADP hiring managers and business units on status of background checks of candidates.
- Generate and prepare metrics reports monthly, quarterly and annually.
- Perform periodic reviews and monitor compliance of 3rd party vendors on procedures and service level agreements.
- Respond to candidate and manager inquiries on TPC processes and procedures.
- Monitor and review government statutes and regulations to ensure compliance with applicable laws governing hiring practices and physical security practices. Escalate and consult with senior staff or legal counsel on exceptions and data discrepancies. Conduct additional research on inquiries, as needed.
- Perform country risk assessments and perform gap analysis.
- Work with Global-HR, partners, vendors and security teams to ensure that credentialing requirements are being followed.
- Create Security Compliance training programs for existing partners, new partners, clients and vendors.
- Recommend improvements or enhancements to Security Compliance processes and best practices, tools, standards, guidelines and curriculum.
- Supervise, mentor and coordinate all cross functional activities and training of new team members.
- Lead and/or assist with projects, as assigned.
- Participate in security compliance related programs, as needed.
- Meet or exceed established operational SLA’s and perform other related duties, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- 1-2 years minimum of previous experience and knowledge of HR background screening and onboarding operations.
Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
- Proficient in use of Microsoft’s Office Package.
- Strong analytical, organizational and decision making skills. Detail oriented, strong sense of urgency, excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to interface and coordinate work effectively with senior business leaders. Strong project and program management skills. Must be able to multi-task and manage extreme high volume of escalations.
- Must be able to interface and coordinate work efficiently and effectively with business partners in remote locations. Team oriented self-starter with high degree of initiative.
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to deal with senior level management.
- Ability to solve practical problems and react quickly and calmly to changing or emergency circumstances.
- Organizational direction, time management, problem-solving, prioritization, goal setting, leadership and motivation, negotiation, interpersonal relations and verbal/written communications.
- Exercise a great amount of independent decision making and maintain high level of confidentiality. Acts a subject matter expert (SME).
- Experience with WebEx is helpful.
- Experience training others is also helpful.
