Seeking an experienced, B2B marketer to assist the Sr. Director of Client Marketing in building a B2B client marketing function from the ground up. The ideal candidate will work closely with teams across sales, service, loyalty, operations, product and other BU marketing teams to successfully create winning programs that will drive revenue, increase client retention and result in higher NPS scores. The ideal candidate must be able to think strategically, have strong analytical skills and must be a real client champion that will evangelize the client mission throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:
* Build and manage the newly created HRO Client Advocacy program; scaling the program from pilot to full launch. Critical to this effort will be identifying, recruiting and motivating clients to participate in the program.
* Manage several key initiatives of the Client Advocacy program including developing compelling client testimonials, soliciting peer reviews and closely monitoring scores on peer review sites and working with sales teams to identify and solicit client references and referrals
* Partner with various teams to develop thought leadership content for our client newsletter and magazine
* Work with all channel partners to identify opportunities to integrate marketing messages targeting our clients
Skills and Experience
*Minimum of 3 years of full-time, B2B marketing experience
*Proven ability to define marketing objectives, execute integrated campaigns, and track and evaluate results
*Data-driven decision making and a desire for continuous improvement
*Hands-on experience with current marketing automation (e.g. Eloqua), lead generation and other marketing tools and technologies.
*Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, as well as experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC)
*Desire to collaborate and build consensus in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
*Strong collaborator and strategic thinker with stellar interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Must possess excellent communication, presentation, facilitation and team leadership skills along with the ability to plan and deliver oral and written communications that make an impact and persuade the intended audiences.
*Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills for managing multiple, diverse and conflicting projects.
