QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: BA/BS Degree required. Masters degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of three years of successful leadership experience in Sales Automation. Demonstrated ability in developing a high performing team. Highly skilled at working with senior leadership to determine strategic direction and to scope appropriate sales automation solutions.

General Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proven ability to work effectively in an environment subject to ongoing change. Established reputation as a trusted advisor at the Individual, team and leadership levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure business realization of strategic objectives through the management of multiple highly complex projects with multiple dependencies.
  • Lead all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure.
  • Assess, manage, resolve and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues.
  • Manage System Administration team of enterprise wide sales automation tools, which may include salesfore.com, Oracle CPQ, Savo, Eloqua Marketing Automation, contract lifecycle management, database management, electronic signature, Savo and Cognos.
  • Work collaboratively with other Sales Automation teams, functional groups, and IT Consultants as a subject matter expert, providing insight into potential process and technology solutions to business problems.
  • Ensure that all solutions are aligned to Sales Automation and ADP strategic objectives and mobile strategy.
  • Provide input to improve processes and procedures to enhance the sales and client experience.
  • Provide regular updates to counterparts in Sales Tool Support on new solutions and improvements.
  • Develop and enhance strategic business partnerships by building trust with all business partners (Sales Solutions, Sales Tool Support, Finance, Implementation, Legal, Lead Generation, Training, and Enterprise Applications).
  • Stay current with sales automation tools, industry standards and best practices.
