ADP is hiring a Associate Financial Analyst. In this position you will Assist in the analysis and documentation of basic to moderately complex financial analysis reports and projects with moderate level of proficiency with immediate supervision and very limited discretion your work is delegated and checked regularly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs financial analyses on cash flows, operating results and/or business plans to determine rates of return, capital/cash flow requirements, and/or other business metrics used for reporting and decision support.
- Prepares budget analyses.
- Develops, interprets and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control.
- Performs analyses to determine present and future financial performance.
Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts.
- Works closely with other internal departments, such as Service, Implementation, Sales to identify opportunities to improve client retention and efficiencies.
- Construct client proposals, analyze price change impacts.
- Errors may cause some delay and affects the
quality and accuracy of an analysis.
- Other related duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Up to 2 years experience in finance environment with a proven proficiency in performing basic financial analyses.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required or equivalent in education and experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
- Knowledge of Excel required.
