ADP is hiring a Senior Product Manager, RUN in our Florham Park, NJ location. RUN Powered by ADP is an online payroll and tax processing service with built-in people management tools, specifically designed for small business and start-ups.Â

- In this position, you will be responsible for executing the product vision spanning several aspects of the retirement services portfolio including mobile applications, web applications, service applications, and business process improvement initiatives.
- You will work closely with the business and development teams to provide client and market insights to inform our vision and strategy.
- Help craft and communicate the long-term RUN product vision and strategy as well as the short-term execution plan
- Work as part of a scrum team to deliver the product roadmap
- Inform road-map based on the “voice of the client”, business needs, and competitive landscape.


- Leverage data to determine feature prioritization and report on success
- Act as champion of our product vision and strategy driving collaboration between product and business stakeholdersÂ
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Product Management, Product Strategy, or Business Analyst role

- Experience working effectively and efficiently with engineering teams to execute the product roadmap
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for product management
- A successful ‘Product Delivery’ track record
- Ability to effectively assess ROI and evaluate data/results to communicate success.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in the technology, financial services, or retirement industry
- Data/analytics experience
- Experience working in an Agile environment
