POSITION SUMMARY:
Support the preparation, implementation and monitoring of plans and training programs
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage programs annual training plan.
- Planning assigned training activities (internal and external).
- Define together with internal customers technical specifications and descriptors external and internal, respectively, in accordance courses.
- Define scores and weights of the factors and sub-factors established to evaluate training offers.
- Request tender courses and monitor the process.
- To analyze the technical background of the offeror training and select three candidates, preparing the respective letters or reports to different areas of the Service.
- Disseminate and coordinate training activities, the nomination or selection of participants and manage the associated costs (per diem, travel, logistical support, etc.), ensuring availability of budgetary resources and materials, among others.
- Register training activities, with assessments that apply, and track records of implementation and regional training programs.
- Prepare and handle resolutions authorizing training activities and participation of staff / as, and payments.
- Collaborate in the development of various management reports, collective performance goals, among other commitments in the area of ​​training.
- Collaborate in the process of identifying customer needs in terms of training at national and regional level.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Educational background: Careers related to Administration, Systems Analysis, Information Technology, Human Resources or related areas
- Experience in the area: 3 years in similar positions.
- Specific knowledge and skills: Social Law, Labor Law, Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office ( advanced level ) English level: Intermediate / Advanced.
- Attitudes and behaviors : Capacity Analysis, Â Information Control, Initiative, Customer orientation, Quality orientation, Social skills, Teamwork, Effective communication.
