The division of international computing production of ADP is called GETS and is headquartered in Paris for European region.
Production teams are spread across different countries, covering the different levels of computing service (Datacenter, Solution Center, Competency Center, Applications) in addition to Engineering and Consulting.
In each country there are ADP divisions (Business Units) providing direct services to the users, internal and from customers.
We are looking for our Spanish division based in Barcelona an:
Applications Support Agent
to join the local Application Production team, ​​under the international production management.

Main activities:
Â
* Provide support to our internal users and client’s users in these areas:
Creation and management of user accounts and passwords
Manage profiles and permissions for applications
Applications support (Portals, Office, Payroll, HR, …)
Manage applications results, process status, errors escalation, …
Issues management using ticketing tools/CRM.
Ticket escalation to the involved/affected departments (R&D, engineering, datacenter, Competency Centers, Client Services, …)

* Ensure operational maintenance and support for our offers:
Management of deliverables to customers (reports, files, statistics, printing, …)
Perform changes in production applications (Releases, new modules, …)
Setup Payroll and Human Resources applications for new customers or existing ones
Collaboration in the evolution and definition of production processes
Tests and validation of new versions of applications and processes
Collaboration with internal audits
Perform business continuity plan assigned tasks
