Job Duties:
ADP, LLC seeks a Data Integration Specialist at our Roseland, NJ location. Responsibilities: Act as a liaison to ADP Health Compliance Product team for file integration with external sources. Maintain client-facing data integration specifications for health compliance. Coordinate with third-party vendors providing data for ADP Health Compliance solution and manage third-party system integrators and resource vendors. Identify and implement processes, tools, and strategies to integrate data from third-party benefit systems into ADP Health Compliance solution. Develop, refine, and manage Health Care Reform (HCR) service models, process requirements, and quality management requirements for the ADP HCR Service Center. Perform data mining and data analysis to help identify health compliance data integrity root causes. Partner with ADP support teams to identify, document, and troubleshoot data flow. Create periodic and ad hoc reports on key indicators to highlight data quality trends.

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field plus five (5) years of related experience. Employer will accept a master’s degree plus two (2) years of experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree plus five (5) years of experience.

Work Experience:
Two (2) years of experience must include: ETL programming; XML; Unix; Data integration and transformation tools, including Informatica, SSIS or Mulesoft; SQL tools, including Toad, MS Access, and SQL Query; Relational databases management, including Oracle or SQL Server; XML, XSD, and Schema validation and XML manipulation tools; Programming experience using Java, C# or Visual Basic; Javascript; HTML; and CSS.
