Director, Sales/Business Process Improvement
This position is responsible for ensuring that sales process excellence is incorporated into all Global Sales Automation Solutions. The candidate will work collaboratively with salespeople, sales leadership, business stakeholders, UX / UI specialists, and system engineers to ensure that people, process, and technology elements are incorporated in the tools that enable ADP’s field and inside sellers. We are looking for a creative problem solver with strong analytical, customer, and people skills that can work cross-functionally and lead in a matrix environment to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Discovery and Needs Identification
- Regularly conduct sales roundtables to identify process pain points, barriers to tool adoption, and opportunities to lean, standardize and innovate sales processes.
- Work with process and product owners to share findings and accelerate related tool enhancements.
 Analysis
- Perform statistical analysis to understand and quantify sales challenges and areas for improvement.
- Perform on-going assessment to validate business impact of automation deliverables and/or identify areas of further improvement.
- Develop business cases to justify larger automation projects and transformation initiatives.

Process Simplification and Standardization
- Lead strategic sales productivity projects by leveraging a Lean Six Sigma DMAIC or similar methodology.
- Perform process mapping exercises to (current and future state) lean and standardize selling processes across geographies and business units (BUs).
- Conduct customer journey workshops to identify innovative ways improve key sales processes and business outcomes.

Internal Consulting
- Work with internal organizations to share industry, technology and sales best practices.
- Liaise with external consultants on strategic, company initiatives that rely on Sales Automation capabilities.
- Collaborate with Global Sales Operations and Selling organizations to ensure successful deployment and change management of Sales Automation projects.

Governance
- Ensure that projects align with strategic objectives and are prioritized based upon anticipated business benefit.
- Ensure that process, tool and data enhancements remain lean, sales relevant, and effective post launch.

Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Master’s Degree / Advanced degree preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification preferred
Experience
- Minimum of six years of sales or sales operations experience – quota carrying experience is a plus
- Minimum of three years leading transformation initiatives with successful business outcomes
- Demonstrated success in organizational alignment and change management
- Demonstrated success in leading virtual and matrixed teams
- Consulting experience is a plus
- International experience is a plus
