Financial Accountant
We are currently looking for a Financial Accountant for our Team in Prague. This is a great opportunity if you love working in accounting and you are looking for an experience in a multinational company where you can upgrade your knowledge and skills.
As Financial Accountant you will be responsible for all the accounting processes (General ledger, Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets) and monthly financial reporting processes of a specific entity.
ROLE IN TERMS OF TASKS
- Ensure accurate and timely accounting process
- Ensure accuracy and respect of timing to deliver monthly financial reporting
- Maintain and develop internal controls
- General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets Accounting and Reporting
- Tax and statutory reporting
- Travel expenses tracking & analysis
- Bank reconciliation
- Prepare bonus accrual reporting and analysis
- Prepare monthly below the line forecast
- Prepare management financial dashboard
- Responsible for balance sheet reconciliation with sub ledgers and evidence tracking.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance/ accounting department
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
- Willing to work in an international environment
- Excellent accounting skills
- Demonstrable ability to communicate at multiple levels.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously essential.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to work quickly under pressure to meet critical deadlines
- Ability to be able to prioritize workload
- Accounting & Finance background: education and /or professional
- Oracle Account Systems is a plus
