POSITION SUMMARY:
Manage activities related to process improvement, standardization of methodologies in order projects to comply with applicable legal requirements and company standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish procedures for the development of studies and analyzes of indicators and information generated, identify deviations and trends need to review the processes, ensure the standardization and automation of internal control over customer service areas.
- Define procedures for mapping and remodeling processes, optimizing productivity.
- Lead the implementation and correct operation of the integrated quality management systems; ensure the correct organization and documentation control as well as meet the monitors.
- Education: University Course
- Language: Fluent English mandatory
