The SBS Teledata Operations Analyst receives USA payroll data, including hours and earnings and basic employee data, via phone or fax and processes it with ADP’s processing system. Through the use of world-class service and first-call resolution, the associate audits payrolls for accuracy and answers basic client questions regarding USA payroll including processing procedures and taxes.

  • Answers incoming client (business-to-business) calls and/or makes outbound telephone calls to clients with high focus on world-class service and first-call resolution.
  • Enters payroll data received via telephone and fax into the payroll processing system.
  • Completes all required information accurately and timely to ensure an accurate payroll for the client.
  • Updates client information as necessary.
  • Places high emphasis on quality service with targeted service levels scores at 80% or above and a quality improvement score of 84.7% or greater.
  • Answers basic client questions regarding payroll including processing procedures, deduction/earnings setups, and taxes.
  • Identifies clients that have not called-in payroll as scheduled.
  • Refers complex questions/issues to Client Services for follow-up and resolution.
  • Also reviews payrolls and verifies that information is correct prior to processing. Corrects any terminal errors and determines cause of error(s).
  • Target of 0.7% payroll reruns as a percentage of payrolls taken.
  • Held accountable for a client retention target of 80.8%.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Court Coursed Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree, any field
  • At least 6 months to 1 year BPO/Shared Services experience, general office, customer service and/or data entry experience.
  • Above average verbal and written communications skills, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Preferably with experience in using MS Office applications
  • Proven experience using the telephone in a high volume environment.
  • Basic knowledge of math, ability to work with numbers.
