Job Summary:
The Internal Support & Communications Specialist role is two-fold, firstly as a support to the Facility and Procurement Manager and secondly to assist the General Manager of the company with certain tasks alongside driving improved internal communications.
Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager with management of diary and expenses
- Leadership position on Intern program
- Builds and maintains relationships with Universities and other similar institutions
- Organizing internal events
- Oversight on travel program, including support for VIP visitors
- Drafting and updating of local Romania policies and procedures
- Contract uploads via Ariba
- Support on general administrative tasks
- Apply ADP brand values and visual identity guidelines to all communications through multiple channels: internal events / email / posters and infographics/associate portal/video/collaboration software.
- Work with the Learning and Development Team to promote effective internal and external associate communication
- Work with the Human Resource team to help enable efficient recruitment trough targeted communication and social marketing
- Support and advise managers and leaders with expert internal communications guidance, enabling them to be effective communicators
- Coach Key stakeholders as required on communication matters e.g. presentation style and use of language.
- Ensure that communications are planned, messaged and executed in a manner that promotes a One ADP culture
- Measure effectiveness of communications to ensure stakeholders are receiving appropriate and effective support.
- Oversee content management of the relevant associate.
- Support key business events and leadership updates providing consultative and practical support for webinars /events / communications / social media
- Work closely with senior leaders in ADP Romania to help drive effective communications to associates.
- Promote effective use of ADPWorks providing guidance on structure, use cases and standard approach in design of sites working closely with the ADPWorks Management Team.
- Project management of ADP branding changes as required including implementation for supporting business collateral.
- Participate in or support the various business resource groups with responsibility for communications strategy to the rest of the business.
- Provide communications expertise to reward and recognition programs
- Monitor and engage as required on business projects & initiatives
- Be aware of, review and implement the latest communication methods and strategies where appropriate
- Deliver against objectives, deadlines and within agreed budgets

Education & Experience:
- Degree or Equivalent: Bachelor’s Degree
- Major Area of Concentration: Communications, Marketing or similar.

- Experience with various communications vehicles.
- Experience of event planning
