Join the Lifion, by ADP team and help us build a revolutionary new suite of products to manage human capital across the globe. Our Product Owner – Payroll will collaborate with the Go To Market and Implementation teams to help bring cutting edge payroll products for HR practitioners to market.
Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements from internal stakeholders, SMEs, and clients
- Be the subject matter expert for owned products
- Manage the product backlog, translate product functionality & features into stories and maintain the development pipeline to support business priorities
- Engage with all members of the scrum team to provide an end-to-end view of product through all stages of development
- Collaborate with team and greater Lifion organization to improve agile processes
- Optimize the payroll process, reduce errors, improve client experience
- Collaborate with UX to determine usability requirements and help mold the product to achieve user objectives
Minimum qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in software delivery, with a focus on product delivery and roadmap planning
- Familiarity with B2B enterprise software, preferably in the HCM space
- Experience bringing a product from idea through to customer use and maintenance
- Driven by collaboration and open communication
- A communicator and a listener
- Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies, experience managing scrum teams as a PO
- Strong data modeling ability
- Knowledge of core enterprise application UX
Preferred qualifications:
- Background in finance, banking, or compliance products
- Experience working on payroll products
