Director, Application Development (Enterprise Information Management):
The Director will own development for the Enterprise Information Management portfolio. The Director will provide management and technical leadership, contribute to the product vision & strategy and manage associates and team goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute strongly to the vision and execution of the product roadmap
- Inspire and motivate the team to achieve high levels of innovation
- Provide guidance on technology choices & architecture decisions
- Collaborate with User community teams to drive exceptional user experience
- Manage fiscal year budget and planning processes. Responsible for resourcing, reviews, status reporting to management. Planning of projects and overall responsibility to meeting project end dates and deliverables.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems
- 12+ years of software development experience
- 10+ years of people management experience
- Experience working with globally distributed teams
- Experience working in and driving Agile (Scrum) environment
- Experience managing project scope, change requests, delivery against defined milestones; mitigate and remediate risk factors and propose solutions based on best practices
- Provide guidance defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping practical business solutions, identifying and consulting with clients on business process transformation, optimization and best-practice initiatives, testing, training, managing go-live and system cutovers, defining support procedures
- Develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure that systems support the organization’s business requirements and meet the needs of end users
- Ability to lead a team, working effectively in a multi-cultural environment and good at learning and mentoring others
- Assist in defining systems requirements based on user/client needs, cost, and required integration with existing applications, systems, or platforms
- Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues
- Very deep experience and exposure working with Informatica Power Center
- Experience working with or exposure to BI reporting Tools including Tableau, OBIEE, Cognos.
- Experience working with or exposure to Oracle and/or SQL Db concepts and structures.
- Big Data related exposure to Python/Spark/Hadoop
- In depth understanding of Data Warehouse/Mart concepts and structures including Snowflake/Star.
- Knowledge within Hyperion a Plus
- Knowledge within Denodo or other Data Virtualization app a plus
