ADP is hiring a Service Support Specialist with the Compliance Center of Excellence team. In this position, you’ll partner with a team of rock star professionals who are responsible for ensuring every customer interaction is a best-in-class experience. You’ll combine a passion for service and discovering innovative solutions with our top-ranked training programs to help customers enjoy every drop of value within our products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as subject matter expert in handling routine client requests
  • Resolve routine customer concerns with pre-defined solutions
  • Lead workflows and determine procedures for the group as appropriate
  • Develop and leverage a broad understanding of ADP products in support of client needs
  • Provide consultation and help answer non-technical questions supporting less-experienced specialists on the team
  • Mentor and lead less-experienced specialists on the team
  • Learn and navigate ADP systems in order to resolve issue
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to articulate a clear sense of direction for projects and deliverables
  • Ability to prioritize competing projects.
  • Candidate must be resourceful, collaborative, consultative and strategic

 

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • 3+ years of previous experience professional services, implementation, client services, sales, human resources or payroll/finance environment with a proven proficiency in compliance
  • High School diploma

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience
  • Knowledge of the Affordable Care Act, COBRA, EEO-1 and other benefits related legislation and regulations preferred.
  • Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve client complaints
  • Ability to demonstrate learning agility
  • Ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situations
  • Organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely manner
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently and make sound decisions
  • In-depth knowledge of TotalSource products and a proven proficiency of navigating the ADP TotalSource systems.
  • Probing and problem solving
  • PHR or GBA/CEBS preferred
  • Experience with ADP systems including WFN or Henry preferred
