ADP GSI France, recrute un Technicien Support Anglophone H/F en alternance – Poste basé à Nanterre (92)

Au sein d’une équipe de 5 personnes, vous contribuez à délivrer le support aux utilisateurs (2500 personnes) sur toute la France.

Vos principales missions seront :

  • Prise en charge de l’ouverture des incidents et des demandes d’assistances des utilisateurs, de la qualification de celui-ci, 
  • Résolution des problèmes de niveau 1&2, 
  • Prise en main à distance des postes de travail,
  • Gestion des accès aux applications et la création des profils utilisateurs,
  • Participation au déploiement de matériel Vous avez le sens du service clients, un bon relationnel, réactif et savez travailler de manière autonome.
Vous disposez d’une bonne connaissance des environnements Microsoft Windows.
La pratique de l’anglais est un plus (contexte international).
La connaissance ou la pratique de logiciels de développement sera un plus dans le cadre d’un projet d’automatisation de certaines tâches.
