ADP is hiring a Senior Director – Human Resources Business Partner. The successful candidate must be partnership focused, strategic and results oriented. This role will be instrumental in facilitating an associate-focused, high performing inclusive culture. This individual will proactively consult with clients and recommend HR strategic solutions to improve critical business outcomes. In addition, they will collaborate with business clients and HR Centers of Excellence to ensure a unified HR delivery approach. You would also be responsible to ensure a high level of organizational effectiveness through ongoing performance management, organizational design, analysis and implementation, change leadership, as well as leadership development and coaching. This role provides the opportunity to identify, develop, and implement strategies at a senior level to address system, yet frequently unique, human capital needs.

The successful candidate will be able to:

  • Develop a robust and effective talent strategy that is aligned with and facilitates successful achievement of the client’s business strategy.
  • Plan, direct, and deliver customized HR services in support of business unit/divisional objectives.
  • Understand business objectives and recommend strategies, approaches, and initiatives to effect change and improvement in business outcomes, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Understand the tenor of the associate population to support the growth of a positive culture and ensure high associate engagement and retention.
  • Lead significant change and transformation efforts.
  • Demonstrate strong capability in the area of organizational design and restructuring.
  • Implement innovative HR solutions and improve/streamline HR processes.
  • Influence senior executives, obtain buy-in, and drive execution and achievement of desired results.
  • Demonstrate strong execution skills and the ability to adeptly manage multiple, significant, critical priorities.
  • Apply excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

; Qualifications Required:

  • 10+ years HR Business partnering experience in matrixed, fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise and experience serving in a consultative capacity to senior business leaders, goals and alignment.
  • Confident communicator with exceptional instincts/experiences leveraging HR strategies to drive business outcomes.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make recommendations by using judgment that is consistent with company culture.
  • BA/BS degree; certifications and course work in specific areas of HR expertise preferred.
