The Implementation Specialist (IS) is accountable for all aspects of assigned HR, and integrated (WFN) account setup, including analysis, configuration, validation, issue resolution; process training, initial live run(s) support, and turnover to Client Services. The IS must be capable of successfully implementing new business, platform conversions and existing account reconfiguration (for example, spin offs), ensuring a high degree of client satisfaction and maintaining high productivity regardless of the processing platform or client facing application involved. The IS works with medium and large sized organizations, with no limit on the complexity or feature/functionality usage of the client. The roles demands a solid foundation in project management given the size and complexity of the accounts assigned.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

·Owns the engagement with the client during stand alone and multi product implementations.

·Adhere to the ADP Implementation Methodology to implement payroll solutions to new and existing ADP clients

·Assume responsibility and accountability for their client projects

·Partner with Sales and Service to ensure a smooth transition from Sales to Implementation to Client Services

·Analyze client’s payroll needs via the telephone or at client site to determine the necessary set-up

·Configure ADP HR accounts that follow the Paytech Major and/or National Accounts guidelines

·Configure Ledger as per Sales Order and in accordance with SOX Compliance

·Create project plan for each client and ensure deadlines are met to ensure a successful implementation

·Communicate client responsibilities and keep them on track with their tasks to ensure that solution is delivered on time

·Formally track issues and orchestrate resolution

·Prepare client profile/file including all optional features as per sales orders

·Support client through validation and testing as well as support first input

·Responsible for quality of implementation and achieves quality survey targets

·Facilitate and schedule calls/visits to accomplish analysis, input training, first pay input, output training, and troubleshooting

·Assist client in scheduling all training as well as communicate training plan

·Where required, provide on-site training for those clients that need further training assistance

·Provide support to their assigned clients until turned over to CSR

·Conduct thorough testing of client set-up prior to live payroll run

·Update ESTART

.Routinely provide an update in this tool to communicate progress of project

·Routinely submit configuration to Business Solutions Team for IVO/Audit

·Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications Required

Education

* Post-secondary education or related business experience

 

Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:

 

Required

* Proficiency in MsOffice

* Minimum 3 years Customer Service experience

* Project Management knowledge

* Strong computer skills

* Willingness to travel by personal car to client site

 

Preferred

* HR Experience or education

* Knowledge of ADP workflow and Paytech Mainframe knowledge

* Implementation experience

* PMP Certified

* Bilingual( English & French)
