HR Shared Services provides payroll, human resources and benefits administration services for ADP Employee Services associates. These services allow the regional Human Resources team to be strategic in their focus and work independently with their client groups.

POSITION SUMMARY
Â
The Data Administrator is a payroll/HR professional with an advanced understanding of payroll/Human Resource practices and Global in Country legislation. The role is primarily responsible for processing high volume, high complexity payrolls & HR inquiries. This role maintains employee record, creates & reviews sales force cases ensuring the payroll & HR data is collected, input, processed, balanced and verified in accordance with the local Countries requirements for all ADP systems. This role responds to Tier II, HR, and accounting queries via phone, email and case in a professional and timely manner assuming full responsibility and resolution. Utilizes existing ad hoc and standard reports to assist with internal auditing and assist in creating custom reports as required, acting as a subject matter expert with all reporting systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Â
- Responsible for the input of multiple and highly complex pay groups per Country, weather GHRSS or in scope.
- Evaluates processing changes required for each pay group, ensuring full compliance to Local Regulatory requirements and differences in each EMEA country.
- ·Co-ordinates all incoming payroll/HR data, ensuring all procedures/polices are being met accordingly.
- ·Creates sales force cases which includes all inquiries with all the proper documentation attached.
- ·Acts as a subject matter expert to determine the root cause of a problem or issue, raises a ticket to Tier II and ensures timely and accurate resolution.
- ·Strong knowledge of Year-End processes; remittances and deadlines for EMEA Country specific annual filings.
- ·Vision to create and champion solutions among the team as they relate to unique issues/concerns, promoting stellar service.
- ·Good understanding of systems flows, interactions with and services
- ·Good understanding of GDPR requirements as it pertains to the countries.
- ·Ensure tickets are created for any additional set-ups, notifying the appropriate Tier II associate to the change.
- ·Strong knowledge of Leaves process globally. Completes top up in some countries.
- ·Good knowledge of Statutory Holiday’s per country, how to calculate, and termination requirements.
- ·Understanding of the Time and Labour rules and Regulations for the EMEA Countries.
- ·Works with the Managed Services team to ensure accuracy for data input per country representative.
- ·Acts as a mentor for new team members and the Human Resources Business Partner Community
- ·Maintains strict confidentiality in regards to all associate information.
- ·Perform actions or participation on certain projects as required.
- ·Keeps updated on new systems updates, policy changes, and regulatory requirements.
- ·Other duties as required since this position may change.

- Payroll and/or Compliance Practitioner certification required or comparable in role.

Required:
- Minimum 2 years payroll or HR processing experience
- Proven ability to apply HR and Payroll policies and procedures
- Multi lingual (understands and speaks English)
- Can work independently or within a team
- Detail oriented, high accuracy with figures
- In-depth knowledge of HR and Payroll technology
- Advanced understanding of Payroll administration
- Advanced understanding of the quarter balancing and yearend processes
- Prior experience utilizing SAP, Associate Central, Service Now, Salesforce or eTime, an asset
