MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all matters relating to everyday key customers and their needs new way to keep them always satisfied with the provision of services.
- Proposals for studies.
- Carry out prospecting for new customers.
- To visit key accounts loyalty.
- Intervene operational processes and accompanying paperwork.
- Renegotiate contracts and make customer retention.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Educational background: Higher education in careers in economics, engineering or related areas.
- Experience in the area: 5 years.
- Specific knowledge and skills: The company’s products, Project management and processes, methods of Quality management, Relationship management techniques, leadership, Knowledge of financial engineering of customer contracts and business results analysis.
- Attitudes and behavior: Interpersonal relationships, Initiative and results orientation.
