Looking for a rare blend of talent that merges communication strategy, writing prowess and a penchant for all things digital. This Senior Director of Communications will be a driving force for setting the standard in powerfully connected messages.

THE CULTURE
Seeking Founder’s Fire
Â
A founder is someone with grit, that doesn’t give up easily.
A founder sees a person first and the business challenge second.
A founder takes a question and owns providing the answer — even if they have to track it down.
A founder has pride and swagger from knowing that when a customer gives you their worst, you show them your best.
A founder curates a cultural environment of trust, where people look at each other with a sense that “we’ve got this.”
A founder is obsessed with customer feedback to understand if they’re making or missing the mark. Why? Because a founder knows who the real boss is.
A founder has a sense that work is an extension of who they are, which is why nothing than their best will do.
A founder is humble enough to recognize when their knowledge falls short and actively seeks to learn what they don’t know.
A founder sees freedom in something everyone else doesn’t … the last bullet point of a job description.
“Other duties as assigned” because, for them, it’s a welcome mat to a generous proving ground where you can make this business better at every turn.
Finally, most importantly, a founder realizes “It’s not about me.”
A master of their craft, they pass on their mojo, secret sauce and “it” willingly.
Their legacy is the flame they fan in others to unleash their potential.
Â
The Biggest Requirements:
Moxie, talent and collaboration.
Â
That’s how HENRY, our founder, started this business.
As family, that’s how we plan to keep it.
