ADP is hiring a Vice President, Change Communications. Reporting to the CVP, Client Experience and Continuous Improvement, this role has responsibility in defining and applying best in class communication practices and infrastructure to support enterprise process improvement initiatives. This experienced leader, with a strong background in driving communication efforts with focus on all aspects of internal communications to engage our associates in understanding what is happening in the organization to support an improved client experience. This person will work directly with senior leaders across all functions to plan, design and execute a comprehensive and customized communication plan, inclusive of templates, governance and learning lesson – to achieve overall communication improvement resulting in increased awareness and enhanced associate engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Works closely with key stakeholders and the business process improvement leaders to drive communication into all projects.
  • Champions and articulates organizational vision and value propositions to serve as foundation for associate and leadership messages.
  • Assesses organizational readiness to align leaders, engage stakeholders, identify barriers to effectively drive communication outcomes throughout the organization.
  • Creates and manages measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of communication vehicles.
  • Creates compelling and creative communications that appeal to a multi-generational workforce.
  • Leverages all communication channels to drive awareness, promote education and encourage usage both externally and internally.
  • Is an active and visible coach to leaders who are change sponsors for all initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • 10+ years of experience in internal communications
  • Demonstrated track record of designing and leading communication efforts in a highly matrixed organizations, including tool development and deployment.
  • Deep expertise in communication design with proven ability to create compelling messages to large multi-disciplined organizations.
  • Ability to translate concepts into reality and to develop cross-functional (and cross-company) partnerships evidenced by a track record of teamwork and collegiality in leading cross-functional teams and relationships.
  • Proven project leadership and management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and business-savvy individual who can comprehend and articulate the business objective and value of projects quickly and easily.
  • Exceptional strategic planning and consultative skills. Collaborative work style with ability to solicit input, influence and support decision making.
