POSITION SUMMARY:
Technically lead the activities related to process improvement, standardization of methodologies in order projects to comply with applicable legal requirements and company standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct several trainings for the correct execution of the processes, develop plans for staff sizing (capacity planning).
- Conducting high project complexity ensuring the use of methodology and monitor compliance with the established deadlines.
- Carry out surveys of information to support management processes and projects; Leading studies on process improvements and develop proposals.
- Carrying out process management, mapping, identifying, deploying and managing improvement; analyze systemic improvements, addressing and roll-outs monitoring.
- Act as technical support team processes and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

- Education: College graduates in business administration or in the area of Information Technology. Desirable expertise in project management.
- Minimum experience in the area: 5 years
- Specific knowledge: Excel advanced, project management, MS Visio, MS Project, process mapping, time management, communication and business, risk and control management.
- Skills: Customer focus and processes, conflict management, proactive, systemic vision, planning and control.
