That’s where you come in. As a Siebel Support Specialist, you’ll support the roll out of Siebel CRM in 19 countries across the world. You’ll be the subject matter expert and go-to person for the project stakeholders.

THINGS YOU’LL DO: 

  • Provide support for Siebel environments (Production and test environments) for ADP GESi organization in the deployment of Siebel in the different entities of ADP GESi (in Europe, Latin-America, Asia Pacific)
  • Validate, analyse, and find root-cause of production issues; communicate the business need to development team
  • Deploy builds in various environments at the time of releases
  • Work with the team in resolving production issues and coordinate support activities with other technology partners

EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in working in Siebel Support project as a Support specialist/Team member
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and implementing Siebel CRM Modules
  • Strong technical knowledge in: Siebel Architecture, Gateway, Siebel WEB and database servers,

Siebel EAI and EIM Components (VBC,EBC, workflow), MQ Series and integration with Siebel, and Repository Migration between environments

  • Good experience in applying patches
  • Good experience in Job monitoring, trouble shooting and being accountable to application end users
