JOB PURPOSE & KEY OBJECTIVES:
For our Customer Service Department, we are looking for experienced SmartPay specialists for the ongoing support of our existing customers.

KEY DUTIES/TASKS:
- Analyze activities in order to define specifications for building effective systems, capable to meet user requirements
- Provide support to internal and external customers in queries concerning payroll and HR topics within the SmartPay system
- Configuration of the user administration console in SmartPay (Citrix)
- Processing payroll related requests in SmartPay and supporting customers on the configuration of system-connected modules, such as Travel&Expenses and Time Management.
- Internal and external coordination for the implementation of customer requirements into the system (SmartPay)
- Performing system error analysis and data correction in the Time Management and HCM modules of SmartPay
- Parameterizing wage and time types in customer’s SmartPay installations

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Work Experience: 3+ years of experience (Customer Service is an added advantage)

Knowledge
- Multilingual Capability:
- Fluent (B2-C1) in German language
- Fluent (B2-C1) in English language
- Wage types / periods Know-How
- Project management knowledge
- Experience in the parameterization of Payroll systems
- Knowledge of the product P & I Loga (including all modules)
- Very good wage and salary accounting skills
- Knowledge of HR processes in a company
- General IT- Know-How; technical understanding
- English skills are desirable
