Position Purpose
Drive ADP sales into multi-national Companies and global Multi-national companies (MNC’s) performing business in Australia in particular and in APAC.
Help grow the existing business in APAC by managing large, complex sales cycles. Achieve the sales targets set for the role.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive sales strategy targeting Australian MNC’s, APAC regional MNC’s and Global MNC’s located in across APAC.
Coordinate the global sales processes for a defined account list for ADP. Identify and implement new business opportunities and business growth strategies.
Maintain/develop prospect relationships by presenting appropriate solutions and functioning as the key contact for senior executives in client organizations.
Expand relationships with existing partners and develop new relationships as needed.
Communicate regularly with global counterparts to inform them of local market trends, opportunities, and issues, and ensure that the worldwide strategy is correctly implemented in the Chinese market.
Increase the capability and knowledge of the in-country Best of Breed (BOB) DMs in relationship to identifying and executing sales campaigns to their prospects and clients.
Gain a detailed understanding of the MNC products to increase the viability and accuracy of sales, correctly setting client expectations and thereby improving the implementation outcomes. Establish prospect’s needs, identifies ADP’s ability to service those needs and propose appropriate solutions to meet them.
Develop and deliver board level presentations to ‘C’ level executives, demonstrating ADP’s products and service offerings.
Network effectively within industry to generate additional business opportunities.
Negotiate complex contracts with multiple stakeholders in MNCs Maintain strong influential relations across the ADP MNC organization including Sales, Implementation and Service units in the broader GES and GESI units.
Delivery of forecasted budget, activity reports and updates all sales activity in CRM (SFDC) system.

Experience
Proven previous successful sales experience to senior decision makers in fortune 500 companies, preferably in Finance, HR/Payroll or IT service areas.
Experience working with multinational and matrix organizations.
Experience in negotiation of complex contracts through multiple stakeholders in large MNCs including procurement and legal.
Proven ability to work with broader sales teams
Qualifications / Certifications
Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or a related discipline is preferred.
