We are seeking a Project Lead RPA Business Systems Analyst to join our Norfolk team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Interface directly with internal customers on daily basis
- Work closely with development team to ensure requirements are accurately mapped and suitable for development
- Analyze business process and identifying automation opportunities and assess automation feasibility
- Analyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required
- Assist with identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements to deploy automation solutions
- Assist in problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of Client’s RPA
- Communicating any identified project risks and issues and providing inputs to the change control process
- Supporting the Operational Teams during UAT and rollout phases
Qualifications:
- Experience with RPA required; Blue Prism desired
- Strong in requirement gathering and analysis
- Strong in design principles and modular programming techniques
- Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams
- Intimate knowledge of all aspects of Blue Prism: design, development, security, and architecture
- Foundation in mainstream programming languages/frameworks (i.e. Java, .Net, Python, etc.)
- Ability to communicate complex ideas to wide array stakeholders spanning business and technology
- Understanding of business process (knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean a plus)
- Leadership qualities needed to direct teams and influence strategy
