I. Overview:

Role objective:

 

As a member of ADP Global Security Organization team, the primary role of the GSO Business Security Analyst is to support the ADP MNC BU in any project it is working on, collaborate with the different teams to identify possible risks, issue recommendations and propose best practices. Key part of that task is to spread the GSO word and proactively raise awareness with all his/her actions. The Business Security Analyst should support the business with technical security services.

 

II. Responsibilities:

 

1. 1. Key Duties/Tasks

 

• Raise Security awareness across the GlobalView BU by participating in the rollout of multiple campaign across different GlobalView locations;
• Support all reviews and audit work papers following industry standards for compliance auditing;
• Review policies, guidelines and procedure documents to determine compliance and management controls;
  • Support the Risk Organization into conducting risks assessment of business projects when applicable to validate compliance with ADP’s policies and controls;

 

 

III. Qualifications:

 

1. Experience :

 

• Professional with 3 to 5 years working experience. Very valuable if some of those as and auditor;
• Experience in the risk assessment techniques of Information Systems and Organizations;
• Possess an extensive technical breadth through experience in the IT industry. This breadth should be in areas of IT and Security;
• A major task of the Business Security Analyst is to communicate complex technical information to all stakeholders, including those who do not have a technical background. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills are also required;
• Analysis of key trends, giving the IT organization the capability to lead the enterprise, not just responds to requests;
• International exposure;

 

2. Skills:

 

• High Level of organizational skills. Ability to prioritize workload, set and achieve goals;

 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Perfect communications skills facing user groups;

 

• Ability to interact with individuals at multiple levels of an organization;

 

• International culture and ability to work in a multinational environment;

 

• Professional able to effectively cope with change and comfortably handle risk and uncertainty, not upset when things are up in the air;

 

• Maintains a positive attitude in difficult situations;

 

 

3. Education:

 

• University degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications or IT ;
• A CIA, CISA, and/or CISSP certification is a plus;
• Efficient in at least English language. Additional languages are pluses.
