As a Technical End User Computing Specialist you work locally at our location in Stuttgart (Kornwestheim) and are also part of the internal, international End User Computing (EUC) team. Here you lead local and international activities and support end users in troubleshooting.
Your tasks:
- On-site support and maintenance for internal end users
- Exchange of IT equipment as well as installations, diagnostics, repairs, maintenance and updates of all IT
Hardware and their accessories
- Perform hardware changes
- Communication and exchange with the international Service Desk, the EUC Solution Center and the
- Competencies Centers EUC
qualifications:
- Student of (Business) Computer Science, Software Technology or comparable programs
- First IT professional experience desirable
- Very good IT knowledge about jobs
- Good to very good knowledge Microsoft Windows 7 & 10 and Microsoft Office 2013
- Self-motivated and team-oriented way of working
- Ability to prioritize
- Analytical thinking and action
- Working in an international environment
- Customer-oriented work
- Good to very good knowledge of German in word and writing
