The Operation Center of Expertise Leader will lead a team of 40 responsible for key operational aspects of Enterprise Learning. What your day to day looks like:
Staff Management: Recruits, selects and manages the Operations CoE team. This role will assign roles, responsibilities and projects. Conducts performance appraisals and makes compensation decisions. Provides coaching and mentoring and supports continuous learning and staff development that enhances individual performance and team capabilities.
Program Management: supports resourcing for learning events and delivery. Provides leadership to execute the training programs; plans, monitors, and adjusts learning and development programs as needed. Actively promotes L&D and its learning opportunities and the value L&P brings to the organization–on both business and learner levels.
Learning Technology Advancement, Adoption, Maintenance & Support: Partners closely with external industry contacts, ADP Innovation Lab and Global Product Technology (GPT) to regularly recommend and implement learning technology innovations and advancements. Leads change management, adoption and marketing of new tools and technology. Responsible for the team that builds and maintains the learning environments, including LMS, Virtual Learning, VDI and training databases, and provides technical support to internal users.
Training Administration: Directs team in providing training coordination and administrative services that would include, for example, scheduling, enrollments, cancellations, procurement, inventory control, billing and training room set up and maintenance. Establishes and ensures adherence to policy, procedure and standards which reflect the needs of the organization and accepted training industry practices.
Learning Analytics: Responsible for developing and executing on L&P’s learning measurement strategy. Leads the team responsible for collecting and analyzing ADP client and associate learning data and responsible for gathering learning metrics and reporting to stakeholders. Ensures team has the framework, tools and capability to provide predictive and prescriptive analytics and l provide clear and convincing communication of how learning programs affect business success measures and objectives.
Vendor Management: Manages the team responsible for the management of all L&P vendor relationships as needed.
Budgeting: Forecasts and manages to Operations CoE budget including the management of all technology investments, third party relationships, license agreements, etc.
Relationship Management: Builds and cultivates relationships within the Enterprise Learning organization as well as other areas of ADP, such as GPT and IDS, critical to the success of this position.
