Join the Lifion, by ADP team and help us build a revolutionary new suite of products to manage human capital across the globe. Our Product Owner – Talent Management will collaborate across Product, Business and Technology functions to work on Talent and Performance features.

Responsibilities:

• Own features for Organizational Design
  • Informal and formal business models
• Own features for Goals and Performance Management
• Own features for Talent Reviews and Talent Management

Minimum qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in software delivery, including a mixture of product management and software development
• Business, Organizational Design, or HCM background
• Demonstrable knowledge of logical and conceptual data modeling
• A problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Able to break down complex product development processes into iterative releases
• Has worked on a scrum team as either the leading PO, or as a Business Analyst providing user stories

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledgeable on physical data modeling
• Proven track record in building software for enterprise
