POSITION SUMMARY:

Coordinate the services performed by the team, monitoring the results in relation to the contracted scope, diagnosing non-conformities, training and promoting actions to ensure the quality of services and customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor and guide the implementation of operational activities of the company in accordance with the service level agreement.
  • Diagnose, analyze and report non-compliance, taking the necessary corrective actions, optimizing customer service.
  • Administer the training of customers and employees in the use of the product and service model.
  • Monitor the behavior of the area indicators and develop effective action plans.
  • Coordinate actions related to mitigation or elimination of operational risks.
  • Coordinate processes and projects for improvement of services.
  • Perform people management, ensuring training employees through training programs and management skills, conducting periodic evaluation and feedback.
  • Plan Operational Capability (operational and technological resources) in line with the business volumes generated and / or expected.
 
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
 
  • Education: College graduates in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or correlatas. Expertise in project areas.
  • Minimum experience in the area: five years.
  • Expertise: SAP system, Office suite, project management and people; labor and social security legislation, accounting rules, tax assessment, leadership, communication and persuasion skills.
  • Skills: organization, interpersonal skills, flexibility and proactivity.
