The Director of Operations for the ADP Marketplace will develop and execute the sales operations efforts for ADP Marketplace. Working with the Sales team they will implement and execute best practices and operating procedures. Participates in the senior management decision-making process, as required, concerning sales issues and procedures. Acts as a Sales advocate by balancing needs while managing reasonable expectations. Builds relationships with other Sales teams and able to operate across business lines. This person is expected to partner with Sales Leadership, Sales Finance, and other functional areas within Worldwide Sales Operations to identify market opportunities and drive how ADP executes on its sales strategy. Serves as a liaison between Operations, Sales, and Sales Training for all process changes and improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Design lead process and reporting that ensures visibility into referrals, payments and the partner portfolio
  • Establish process and technology to support partner management
  • Communicate and evangelize Marketplace wins internally and externally
  • Work closely with the Electronic Sales Order team to incorporate Marketplace in the sales order process where appropriate
  • Understand industry best practices on partner management, channel sales and sales enablement
  • Work closely with sales and operations leadership to share coverage and deployment ideas and test relevance through applicable cases
  • Partner with sales reporting team to develop standardized reporting and drive adoption amongst sales leaders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 4-7 years’ experience in a sales operations or analytics organization
