The HRO GLI Representative will manage the General Ledger Interface mapping and configuration for new and existing ADP clients. As the subject matter experts, the GLi Implementation representative is responsible for the analysis of the client’s Chart of Accounts and Mapping Requirements, Configuration of the application, and the successful file output based on client’s needs. The Specialists are also responsible for the establishment of a positive relationship with the client and sets appropriate expectations to ensure a successful transition to the Client Service teams. 

  • Conducts Analysis calls/meetings with clients to identify needs and plan for strategies for successful implementation
  • Configures the application and perform checks to ensure that the process will be in full operation in time for the transition of clients
  • Discusses and Trains clients to use the application
  • Provides support and maintenance to GL-related concerns of clients. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Court Coursed Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree, any field
  • At least 6 months to 1 year BPO/Shared Services experience, general office, customer service and/or data entry experience.
  • Above average verbal and written communications skills, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Preferably with experience in using MS Office applications
  • Proven experience using the telephone in a high volume environment.
  • Basic knowledge of math, ability to work with numbers.
  • Experience in Mapping and Interface Functions (with any Accounting software) preferred
  • Background in Accounting and Financial reporting analysis
  • Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details.
  • Effective communication and report writing skills.

  • Service Orientation/Client Focus: Ability to understand customer needs and expectations, provide excellent service in direct and indirect manner, and fulfill customer expectations.
