Your tasks:
- Completed degree in economics or a comparable degree Good EDP knowledge, especially MS Office products
- Experience in the multi-layered distribution of products or services in need of explanation – ideally in the field of human resources
- Experience with BPO projects desirable
- Good English knowledge
Technical requirements:
- Successfully completed practice-oriented study
- At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in sales of products or services in need of explanation – ideally in the HR environment, BPO services, ERP, IT services
- Strong communication skills, negotiating security, including at management level
- High customer and service orientation paired with entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Targeted and solution-oriented way of working
- Very good knowledge of English
