ADP is hiring a Solutions Architect for our Alpharetta, GA location.Â
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Perform As-Is To-Be analysis, define and implement solutions. Ensure that the system design balances functional, quality, security, efficiency and systems management requirements.
- Define, maintain, and manage models, frameworks and artifacts (e.g. current and future state diagrams, data models, job aids, roll out plans, client communications, etc.).
- Identify and translate client usage patterns into standardized and automated migration solution and/or provide options for client retention of non-standard data.
- Shape, drive and be held accountable for delivering significant strategic initiatives across broad scope/platform(s) in liaison with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with teams across the organization in the creation & implementation of solutions you have designed, providing leadership, guidance on approach, technical best practices, and business priorities.
- Lead the piloting process of new solutions in partnership with Program Management Organization (PMO), Implementation, Data Conversion, Development and Service Teams; evaluating usefulness, and making recommendations/changes based on the outcome of pilots and/or proof of concepts.
- Develop individual skill set and expand product, implementation, and service knowledge to maximize delivering quality solutions/services to our clients and implementation teams. This includes attainingÂ
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of work experience client service, implementation delivery, or product development or equivalent combination, in which you have demonstrated progressive levels of technical leadership, responsibility, knowledge and experience.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn, understand, and work in a rapid and diverse environment
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, written and oral communication skills.
- Strong competency in generating documentation for both internal stakeholders and clients in the form of diagrams, slides, documents, spreadsheets.
- Demonstrated decision-making ability.
- Excellent analytical ability.
- Resourceful in overcoming obstacles to meet deadlines with minimal leadership involvement.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
- Direct experience with client service, implementation delivery and/or product development in an enterprise setting.
- Experience leading / managing cross-matrixed teams through proof of concept, pilot process, and/or software implementations or deployments.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies
- Ability to interact at all levels of the client and internal organization
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
- Experience presenting and delivering technical topics to non-technical audience composed of internal/external clients
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
- Prior experience as solution architect and/or technical sales consultant.
- Experience evaluating prospective solutions and deliver the appropriate evaluation, ROI, savings, proposed operational evolution and associated process management
